Rooms here were equipped with up to date decor. The location was great and stunning and on the river. You could use a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator if you wanted to cook. The host made my stay fantastic.

We had a fabulous stay at the River Retreat Apartment with its stunning river views. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The little touches like the coffee machine and stocked fridge were much appreciated. The location was perfect, with easy access to both Exeter and Exmouth. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable local recommendations. we highly recommend this apartment for a fantastic getaway.

Brilliant location, stunning view, spotless apartment. Perfect size with all necessary amenities for a family with 2 young children. Samina, the host, was helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

It was such a peaceful and picturesque setting. The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with information and ensuring our sofa bed was set up for our late arrival. The location was also perfect, in a quiet area but still conveniently close to everything we wanted to see and explore.
One inconvenience we experienced was the on-street parking. While it was available, it was a bit of a hassle to drag our suitcases from the car down the street and up to the apartment.

Great location. Easy to find with satnav. Everything clean and modern. The view was gorgeous. The hosts were lovely and very helpful and friendly.
The bathroom is tiny. Trundling suitcases down the street and up the drive was a hassle.
